What Operations Is For
Operations is the daily workspace for keeping each brand under control. Use it to see which brands are stable, which need monitoring, and which need a focused response today.
- Review each brand's daily status before starting client work.
- Use Fire Protocol when a brand needs urgent retention attention.
- Track deep-work tasks, execution checks, and follow-up notes in one place.
- Review Smart Reports before applying generated recommendations.
- Look back at prior days without changing today's active work.
Daily Workflow
- 1Confirm the selected brand and operator in the Operations header.
- 2Start on Triage and review the status for each visible brand.
- 3Open Fire Protocol first when any brand is marked Fire.
- 4Move planned strategic work into Deep Work before campaign building begins.
- 5Use Execution to check off operational tasks and Fire Protocol levers.
- 6Add outcomes, blockers, or decisions to Insight Log before you leave the tool.
- 7Use History & Reporting when you need to inspect a prior day or review team work.
How To Read Status
Cruise
The brand is stable enough for normal daily review. Still scan notes and execution checks before assuming nothing changed.
Watch
The brand has a signal that deserves attention. Look for the reason, decide whether action is needed, and record the outcome.
Fire
The brand needs active response. Start with Fire Protocol and complete the required levers before moving into less urgent work.
Progress
The header progress ring summarizes how much of today's operational checklist is complete for the current view.

Tabs In Operations
Triage
The starting point for reviewing brand status, revenue context, trend signals, and operator notes.
Fire Protocol
A focused response area for Fire brands. Use it to complete required levers, add checklist steps, and document outcomes.
Deep Work
A planning lane for strategic tasks like calendar drafts, revenue forecasting, creative briefs, reorder analysis, and Diagnostics follow-up.
Execution
The daily completion tracker for replies, Klaviyo build or QA, final revenue checks, and smart checklist progress.
Insight Log
A running record of decisions, outcomes, and next steps. Use it when the reason behind an action matters later.
History & Reporting
The read-only review surface for prior dates, operator history, and reporting context.
Smart Reports
Next Smart Report
Shows when the next report is expected. Use this as timing context, not a reason to pause urgent manual work.
Smart Report Due
A report is expected and Operations is waiting for the generated result or the next refresh.
Queued or Running
The system is actively preparing a report. Keep working in the current view and review the result when it becomes ready.
Report Ready
A staged report needs review. Open it, inspect the recommendations, then apply or dismiss it based on the evidence.
Working Safely
- Do not apply a Smart Report until the recommendation matches what you see in brand evidence.
- Use read-only history for inspection. Switch back to today before changing active work.
- If you are viewing another operator, confirm whether the view is editable before making decisions.
- Record the why behind unusual actions in Insight Log so the next teammate can understand the move.
- If Operations and Pulse disagree, refresh the active tool and trust the detailed source before client-facing decisions.
Common Questions
Why can I not open Operations?
Operations requires a connected brand and the right plan access. If it is locked, check workspace billing and your workspace role.
Why is a tab missing?
Visible tabs can depend on plan access and workspace role. If the whole tool is unavailable, the plan gate will appear instead.
Does applying a Smart Report change live Klaviyo content?
No. Applying a report updates the Operations state inside Leakio. Build, send, and account changes still happen through their own tools.
What should I do when a brand stays Fire for multiple days?
Use Fire Timeline and Fire Protocol history to see persistence, complete the response checklist, and escalate with clear notes.
